Steven
Morris
President & CEO
Steven Morris is a licensed real
estate broker in both California and Florida. He
has been in the real estate industry for 34 years and has over
6,000 transactions
experience in all aspects of real estate including
residential, residential income, commercial
investment, mortgage banking, settlement services and
corporate relocation. Steven is also a published author. His works
include, "What Now? The Real Estate Salesperson's
Guideline Book", "The Real Estate Sales
Success System", "The Real Estate Company
Success System" and numerous articles and
columns. Steven has said "No one in Morris
Williams Realty is excluded from contacting me
personally for any reason. No matter how large Morris
Williams Realty gets as long as I am President and CEO
of the company."

Vesda
Williams
Executive Vice President, COO
Managing Director - Florida
Vesda Williams is a licensed real
estate broker in Florida and has 20 years
experience in residential and commercial development,
residential, resort sales and sales management. She is
a Realtor CIPS, Certified International Property
Specialist and in charge of Morris Williams
Corporation's operations, CRM, ARM, foreclosure and
short sale advisory departments.

Jeff
Werolin
Vice
President
Managing Director - California
Jeff
Werolin has 17 years of experience in the real estate industry and has
been involved in over 1,700 transactions in residential and multifamily real estate.
Prior to joining Morris Williams executive staff, Mr. Werolin worked in a sales and marketing leadership role as
General Manager for
a major California real estate firm and as the National Sales and Marketing Manager for
a Fortune 500 company. He has an MBA from the University of San
Francisco, is also recognized as a creative writer and speaker with expertise in the topics of sales, personal development, real estate economics and real estate technologies.

Cobbins
Vice President
Managing Director - Texas
Kert
Cobbins has been a real esate professional since
2001. He holds a Texas Real Estate Brokers
License and has a Bachelor of Science degree from
Texas A&M University. Having been a real
estate salesperson with Century 21 and RE/MAX he most
recently was the Broker / Owner of Invest America Real
Estate Group. His real estate experience and
real estate sales management experience is broad and
also includes mortgage lending.
