industry, real estate brokers have

equipment. For these services the real
estate broker would split the real
estate agents commissions.
In the early days commissions
were split 50/50.
In the last two decades there has
been a tremendous technological
revolution.
It is more common than not that
most people now have their own home
office, cell phones, calculators,
Internet access, computers, faxes and
copiers.
As technology has grown real
estate brokers have found it more
difficult to justify 50/50 or 60/40
commission splits.
Much of what real estate brokers
have traditionally offered in the way of
services to real estate agents is

You may either contact management
by video conferencing, telephone,
or e-mail with your questions at any
time.
Your questions will be quickly
and promptly answered by a managing
supervisor.
Voice
Mail Notification
Each
Associate is given and individual
telephone extension with a private
voicemail. When a voicemail
message is recorded you receive an
immediate email with the message
attached to listen from your computer and
you receive a text message on your
cell phone to
alert you that you have a voicemail
waiting. In addition, as an add on, we
can forward every call you receive to
any number of telephone numbers you
wish that will ring simultaneously
until you answer the telephone.
Your cell, home, home office and not
in rotation but all

Transaction
Coordination and Status
Reporting
We keep track of the
progress of each of your listings and
pending sales and provide you with
daily status update of progress.
Each associate has installed on their
computer desktop an Icon to take them
to the Morris Williams Control Panel
to upload transaction contracts and
forms. These are then added to
your Transaction progress report that
you can view from your own computer at
any time to make sure that you have
all of the required documentation to
close your transaction and get paid at
closing.
E-mail
An
e-mail account will be set up for you
free of charge.
Free Website
We
will provide you with a website complete with all of your
personal information and photograph.
We can link your page to any
domain name that you have secured such
as www.YourName.com.
Your clients will be able to search
listings and use all of the services
that our web site provides.
To have a personal website there
is no fee.
